Our Grain Free Limited Ingredient Chicken Meal Recipe is a non-GMO, limited ingredient dry food with healthy chicken meal as the first ingredient.  Chicken meal is highly digestible and an excellent source of amino acids and quality protein.  It is also very palatable to dogs. As in all our dry foods, the protein in Grain Free Limited Ingredient Chicken Meal Recipe is over 70% from animal sources and we use a slow-cook low-temperature process which helps retain the maximum nutritional value from all our ingredients.

Grandma Mae’s Country Naturals Grain Free Chicken Recipe is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for All Life Stages including growth of large size dogs (70 lbs/32 kg or more as an adult).

Calorie Content: 3790 KCAL/KG ME (calculated), 470 KCAL/CUP. Standard Measuring Cup of food weighs approximately 125 grams (4.4 oz).

Feeding Guidelines:

Adult Dogs may be fed once or twice a day depending on your preference.  Feed Pregnant Dogs 50% more during last 3 weeks of pregnancy.  During Lactation dogs require twice the amount as an adult dog and should be fed 3 or 4 times a day.   Your dog’s food requirement may vary from the feeding guidelines due to age, breed, environment, activity level, and body condition.

*Feed an extra 3/4 cup for each additional 20 lbs (9kg) or body weight over 100lbs (45kg).

Grandma Mae’s Adult Dog Entree is Great for Puppies too! Puppies 5 months or younger feed the recommended total daily amount divided into three small meals a day; from 6 to 12 months, feed the daily amount divided into two meals a day; from 13 to 18 months, feed once a day. Puppies whose daily ration exceeds two cups may be fed twice a day.

Adjust food quantities as necessary to maintain an ideal body weight. Avoid overfeeding. Keep fresh, clean drinking water available at all times for your pet.
